Welcome to my shop
 Each piece of ceramics here is unique and is lovingly made at my workshop in the Highlands in Scotland. If you are looking for something in particular or a special commission, please contact me.

Payment
I accept PayPal and expect payment within 7 days.  If payment has not been made within this time I will contact you by email and if I get no response I will cancel the order. Please keep your Folksy/ Etsy and PayPal address information up to date.  I will use the Folksy/ Etsy address if they are different.  If you have any problems with checkout or payment, let me know and I will do my best to help you out.  If you need to cancel your order please let me know before the order is shipped.  You will need to cover the shipping costs (+ return) if it has already been posted. Orders are shipped the same or next day as payment is received unless otherwise discussed, for example a custom order.  You will be emailed personally once your order has shipped and also if there is any delay. I ship orders within 1-2 business days of cleared payment being received. For the UK items are sent 1st Class Royal Mail.
Everywhere else orders are shipped via Airmail. Please be aware that Airmail can take from one week up to four weeks.
If you require Royal Mail RECORDED DELIVERY (UK next day delivery) or AIRSURE please contact me before payment so I can adjust your shipping costs.
Combined shipping is offered for multiple items only if payment is sent for all items in one transaction.
 
Gifts
If you would like your order sent to another address as a gift, let me know and I can include a gift card from you and a short message.
                  
International Orders
I am happy to take orders from any country. Let me know where you would like it shipped and I will weigh the item and find out the actual shipping costs allowing you to make an informed decision before you buy.

Lost or delayed items
You will be sent an email confirming that your package has been sent and a guide to when you should expect to receive it.  If your order has not arrived after 2 weeks of that email please let me know and I can look into it. I put my return address on all packages so it may end up being posting back in some cases.  Please make sure you provide a correct address.  If a package has to be resent due to you providing me with an incorrect address, you will be liable for the additional postage costs.

Refunds/ Exchanges
I accept refunds/ exchanges only if what I have sold is broken, defective or quite different from what I have described it as or shown in the photographs within 7 days of you receiving it.  Please read the listing carefully so you know what size the piece so you know what to expect.
I do not accept unauthorised returns under any circumstances. Please aim to make your PayPal Payments within the first 24 hours of purchase. Contact me straight away if you have any questions and/or issues. If it is an ECheque I will wait the 3-5 working days for it to clear before shipping.
