Commissions

I am happy to consider any commissions, large or small.
Smaller commissions can be customised products from the collection. You may want a pot in another colour or some text added to a clock for a personalised gift. This process is relatively simple. You contact me and tell me what you are looking for. I will let you know if what you're requesting is possible, and if so what the price will be and how long it will take to do. Payment is made at the time of ordering or on collection. Collection can be made from the studio or delivery can be arranged.
Commissions can be adaptations of existing products. A small pot could inspire a range of bathroom tiles with a matching handmade basin. Or you could commission an idea unrelated to existing products. For larger commissions, an initial meeting is arranged either at the studio or at your home. The idea will be discussed along with matters such as the budget and a timescale. Next I provide a breakdown of costs and a contract which covers each party's responsibilities and the payment schedule. If you wish to continue we both sign the contract and then I start to work on samples and sketches. Throughout the project you can arrange visits to the studio to see the work in progress or be emailed images. I will generally install commissions if necessary and provide you with an aftercare plan.
